Our strategic partnership with Stratus Unlimited commenced on June 6, 2023, subsequent to their acquisition of Comet Signs, a previous client. This milestone initiated a collaborative effort aimed at strengthening Stratus’ IT infrastructure and enhancing their overall operational capabilities. 
 

Partnership Highlights

• Onboarding Support: Assisted the Stratus IT team during the onboarding integration process following the acquisition of Comet Signs, bringing their national presence to 15 locations. 

• Break-Fix Support: Bridgehead provided essential surge capacity for break-fix support for Stratus’ San Antonio office, ensuring swift and effective resolution of incidents. 

• Project Engagements: Undertook multiple projects to support Stratus teams, including email and authentication domain migrations, server upgrades, and Google Workspace migration. 

• Deployment Efficiency: Delivered an automated and managed Android solution to decrease time to deploy warehouse handheld scanners by 1200%. 

• IT Infrastructure Updates: Implemented critical IT infrastructure updates, including domain name updates, ERP server replacements, and SQL ERP performance and security assessments and remediation. 

• Ongoing Support: Continued to provide support for Microsoft 365, managing over 2,800 consumers, IT assessments, backup and business continuity solutions, and ERP Next training environment. 

• Current Initiatives: Actively working on solutions for conference room upgrades, facility access control integration, PowerBI implementation, and centralized employee data management, with expected productivity improvements.
